Meet Our Staff

Penny McLaren

Penny Office Manager“After climbing the corporate ladder for my first 10 years out of college, good fortune allowed me to become a stay at home mom and pursue certification in interior design, a secret passion. In 2004, the opportunity to once again apply my management skills presented itself and I quickly became part of a small team expanding this practice in one of the fastest growing fields of medicine — facial plastic surgery. While I was new to the health care industry, I have found the experience and challenges to be nothing less than exciting and enormously fulfilling. It is a pleasure to work with a professional team that aims to deliver the highest level of personalized care for a wonderfully diverse group of patients and to make positive changes that impact people’s daily lives!”

Penny holds a BS in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from WPI. She and her husband, Bob, have two children.

Donna Nalewajk

Donna NalewajkDonna’s career, like most Surgical Technicians, began working in hospital operating rooms. There she gained valuable experience that only an OR can provide. In 1987 she was approached by a pair of oral surgeons to work in their private offices. That was the beginning of a 25 year relationship that taught her about people and life. Working in a small office dedicated to patient care was extremely rewarding as it helped her to develop both her professional and personal skills. When the surgeons retired and the offices closed, she thought she would never find an office or job with the same virtues. In 2011, Donna joined Dr. Fechner’s surgical team and found another group of professionals who take pride in their work and how patients are cared for.

“Excellence in patient care is the goal we share, and I am proud to be part of it!”

“Constant education is important in our ever changing world of medical aesthetics. New technologies are always popping up. It is for this reason that it is necessary for the Medical Aesthetician to continue growing and learning as this field expands.

My goal is to demystify these procedures and guide our patients in the direction that is best suited for them.

Preparing the skin for medical procedures is an important part of our process, as well as preparing the patient with knowledge. Knowing what to expect after a procedure can help ease the mind and maintain a smooth recovery.”
