Mission Statement
The mission of Dr. Fechner’s Office Based Surgery
Center is to demonstrate a commitment to excellence and compassion in
providing our patients the highest quality care in facial plastic surgery
with the following goals and objectives:
- To provide the community with a comprehensive program
of ambulatory surgery care which is safe, highly satisfying, and cost-effective
and serves as an alternative to hospitalization.
- To operate a Center which is designed for the safe
and efficient management of plastic and reconstructive facial surgery
appropriate for the ambulatory setting.
- Adhere to highest standards including moral values,
honesty, and ethical behavior.
- To provide a professional staff which epitomizes
the opportunities offered in the ambulatory setting for the provision
of efficient, economical, and effective patient-centered care.
- To assess patient satisfaction with the Ambulatory
Care Program through an active, integrated, peer-based quality improvement
program.
