We recognize that undergoing cosmetic procedures is an important decision for you. Because our practice focuses exclusively on enhancement procedures of the face and neck, we understand the essential nature your face plays for your emotional well-being and your self image.
Therefore, you, our patient, are the sole focus of our facial plastic surgery practice. We have designed the practice environment and focus with your utmost comfort and privacy in mind. This allows us to provide a discrete and professional setting for consultation, procedure performance and after-care.
Our facial plastic surgery office is situated in an elegant Georgian Colonial house on Worcester’s Shrewsbury Street. Private parking is conveniently available in the back of the office where you will also enter the office.
Located in Central Massachusetts approximately 50 minutes West of Boston, Worcester is easy to get to from all areas of Massachusetts and New England. Most of our patients are within a two-hour driving radius from our Worcester office. The office is quickly accessible from I-90 (Mass. Pike), I-290, I-190 and I-495. If you are from further away, we recommend you to fly into Boston, Providence, Rhode Island or Manchester, New Hampshire. Arrangements with comfortable local hotels are available to you as desired; please contact our office in advance.
These three features represent the foundation of our practice. For your treatments or procedures, our staff and Dr. Fechner will be available for you with knowledge, support and compassion. The goals of our facial procedures are to enhance and to rejuvenate. A change to your identity though is not desired and therefore, any “extreme” surgery is not performed. The “natural look” is what we strive for. Dr. Fechner realizes that “tighter” is not always better and less is sometimes more.
Staying on top of the ever-developing world of facial plastic surgery is a must for Dr. Fechner. We represent safe and proven techniques, procedure and products. We will treat you like family, not like a number. Therefore, we only recommend treatments that we would (or did) perform for our closest friends and family members.
