Cancellation Policy

To our Valued Patients:

Fechner MD Medical Spa Cancellation Policy Your medical spa and/or injectables appointment and your time are very important to the Fechner MD Medical Spa team, and it is reserved especially for YOU. We understand that situations arise that require a change to your appointment. Therefore, we respectfully require no less than 48 hours’ notice when changes need to be made to your scheduled time. Please understand that when a medical spa or injectables appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with another patient who is waiting for the opportunity to visit Fechner MD Medical Spa, and your Aesthetician or Nurse Practitioner misses out on providing amazing services to both you and someone wanting an appointment. The following policies will be strictly observed:

Aesthetician Appointments and Advance Treatments with Nurse Practitioners

A non-refundable deposit of $100 for treatments priced at $1,000 or less will be required to reserve an appointment time. For treatments over $1,000, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your treatment price will be required to reserve appointment times for these services. Please note that this deposit will be applied to your treatment. The balance of the treatment cost will be required upon your arrival for your appointment.

Injectables Appointments

A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to reserve treatments booked with our Nurse Practitioners for injectable services. Please note that this deposit will be applied to your treatment. The balance of the treatment cost will be required at check out from your appointment.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

*If any reservation is rescheduled or canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, you will forfeit your deposit for treatments up to $1,000. For treatments of $1,000 or more, a service fee equal to 20% of the service will be charged. For Monday and Tuesday appointments, cancellations must be made by voicemail or text within 48 hours (Saturday and Sunday, respectively). *Any patient who cancels with less than 48 hours' notice three times will be required to pay in full for their service in advance of booking their appointment.
