This patient in her late sixties underwent a deep plane facelift, temple lift, buccal fat reduction, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser resurfacing for a universal facial improvement. The combination of these procedures resulted in a natural, refreshed appearance, addressing deep set lines as well as laxity. Her after photo was taken six weeks post-op.
