This patient in her early twenties underwent a buccal fat reduction and the placement of a chin implant to give better definition to her lower face. The combination of these procedures resulted in a decrease in fullness in her cheeks, coupled with better projection of the chin, making her features harmonious. Her after photo was taken two months post-op.
