This patient in his late twenties underwent a neck lift, chin implant, and buccal fat reduction to correct saggin and excess skin as well as to sculpt the face and bring better balance to his features in profile. The result is more proportional projection of the nose and chin, as well as a full rejuvenation of the neck contour. His after photos were taken six months post-op.
