This patient in her early seventies underwent a facelift, neck lift, and perioral CO2 laser skin resurfacing to rejuvenate the look of her lower face. The combination of these procedures resulted in a contoured lower face and smoother skin around the mouth. Her after photo was taken six weeks post-op.
